Nit de Reis (o el que vulgueu)
By William Shakespeare Director Adrià Aubert
The Els Pirates company is back with its production of Twelfth Night (or What You Will) premiered at the Library of Catalonia during the Shakespeare Festival, bringing to the stage a new revised version at the Teatre Akadèmia.
Intended as a work of entertainment for the close of the Christmas season, Twelfth Night is the ninth comedy written by Shakespeare, and the first that is more than simply a story of riotous disorder. It is considered one of the playwright’s most entertaining comedies.
A bittersweet comedy, which will seem fiercely contemporary, where deception is part of the everyday life of characters as funny as they are dark.
